Purpose of the Malcolm Terrace Park Beautification Project
1) Reestablish MTP as a jewel of Creve Coeur
2) Promote community pride among Creve Coeur residents
3) Encourage cooperation and mutual respect between city officials and residents
4) Improve the desirability of Malcolm Terrace and the surrounding community
5) Expand awareness, enjoyment and use of MTP
